Automattic is fully remote, but 1-2 times a year, we gather in person for a week. Last week, the Loop team met in Costa Rica to plan, connect, and enjoy meals and activities together. These meetups are key to making remote work successful. Here are a few memories from the trip:

The place we stayed was beautiful. We booked individual apartments all within the same building, but the top level had a bunch of communal spaces where we could meet.
